RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Penthouse by Sky Castle, we carefully inspect and prepare every piece before it is released to our clients.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within three (3) working days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from stains, damage, alterations, or odors
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
No Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds. Approved returns may only be exchanged for another available item, subject to the applicable terms and availability.
Items purchased on sale, marked down, customized, altered, or otherwise identified as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
The Penthouse by Sky Castle reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated above.
